Steps to reproduce:
Visit, eg, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:SiteMatrix
See no language for the row with shy (language table cell is just empty)

Likely a core issue due to languages coming from Language::fetchLanguageNames

It should be 'Tacawit (Shawiya)'

This was fixed in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/670350 and T259360.
