The header "Views" in the monobook skin isn't internationalized:

phase3/skins/MonoBook.pt, Line 40: <h5>Views</h5>

This should be changed to somewhat like
"<h5 i18n:translate="string:views">Views</h5>"
(with "views" string added to the language file).

This is not showing anyway in monobook. Won't fix.
