Bugzilla is for bugs, it's not a support forum. Documentation for the Poll extension can be found at http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Poll . If you need more support you can get it elsewhere, like on IRC (MediaWiki-General on freenode), on a mailing list (mediawiki-l) or on third-party support forums.
