Visit https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:DynamicPageList_(third-party) and chose the documentation links like 'See: Manual - General Usage and Invocation Syntax and Manual - DPL parameters' in the usage section. They point to smeb.com which gives a 404. DynamicPageList3 changed similarly broken links for their extension page https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:DynamicPageList3#Configuration to point to http://help.gamepedia.com/Extension:DPL3/Manual. You may want to use the same for consistency, though it does seem odd that both projects seem to be relying on documentation scattered across a range of wikis.
