Steps to Reproduce:
Register a FIDO2 key on en.wikipedia.org.
Logout out of wikipedia account.
Go to nl.wikipedia.org and login using username and password.
Attempt to login thru the webAuthn key process.

Actual Results:
Unable to pass thru the webAuthn process as key is not recognized.

Expected Results:
You must be able to login on domains beside from the domain your registered the key on.
