"Add links" in the sidebar not longer available on Commons to connect categories with Wikidata items

Description

Problem:
Quickly adding interwiki links from Commons pages is currently not available, if no link has been set in Wikidata yet.
Steps:

Go to: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Chrysler_Pacifica_(CS)
find "Add links" button missing in the sidebar (see screenshot F31839910)

Desired outcome:

Go to: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Chrysler_Pacifica_(CS)
click on "Add links" button
see "Link with page" dialog box (see screenshot F31841525; it is still working as expected on en and de.wikipedias)

Once a page is linked from Wikidata everything appears fine and links can be edited (see screenshot F31839906).

Any ideas?

Removing MediaWiki-Interwiki (see its description).

Any ideas?

To what exactly? Can you please follow https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug) and include:

a clear list of exact steps to reproduce the situation, step by step, so that nobody needs to guess or interpret how you performed each step,
what happens after performing these steps to reproduce,
what you expected to happen instead,
a full link to a web address where the issue can be seen.

This link in the sidebar is missing. Since the last deployment? I am unsure but I am miss it too.

There are no steps to reproduce. Because the link is missing.
