Linked pages look fine to me. Can you be more specific? What browser are you using? Can you provide a screen shot?

Together with the table in
http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=Template:Handbook_sidebar&action=edit
that pipe character changes its meaning from "just a pipe character" to "separate
table cell options from table cell content" and
<div align="right">[[Help:System admin|View this TOC alone]] is a strange thing for
table cell options.
