While Terms of Service makes some sense, Apache2 looks missing context. It probably should mention that's the license.

Similarly the Wikimedia Services team - Website looks odd. Starts with a small letter, and why - Website. The link looks like it's a link to the Wikimedia Services team's website, but isn't really the case if we look at default.wmf.yaml
