I would like to have my username at Gerrit and https://meta.wikimedia.org, that is, my Wikimedia username, changed from alqaholic007 to Soham.

For your on-wiki username you can use https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:GlobalRenameRequest

Gerrit uses a developer account (not the same thing as your Wikimedia account) and that will have to be changed somewhere else.

Declining as https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/SRE/LDAP/Renaming_users says that renaming existing users is not possible. You might need to create a new user if you want a username change. Sorry!
