Tool was involved in a defacement incident in 2016. At that time its account was locked to prevent further issues while code was cleaned up. In 2018 a maintainer said that the task for the defacement incident should be closed as things were "long fixed". In 2020 while auditing disk usage, it was determined that the tool's account was still locked from the 2016 defacement indicating that no cleanup was ever done.
