Verified that all wiki pages (except the outdated Italian translation of the Mediwiki.org manual for pywikibot, which needs help from a native speaker to update for many reasons that are entirely outside the issue of the URL). Since this was to point the main page at Wikitech instead of Mediawiki, this was resolved by deployment of the new cluster at paws.wmcloud.org (which points to the right location). paws.wmflab.org triggers the login page redirect, but luckily no documentation should send people to that URL.
