It would be useful to be able to put a message on special pages. E.g. I'd like
to put a link to http://www.itp.uni-hannover.de/~krohn/wscan.html.utf8 with a
short description on the German Special:Newpages.

The problem is, that [[MediaWiki:Showingresults]] is also used at other places,
not only at the list of new articles.

Some of the special pages already have got associated header messages,
some others have not. One example of a reasonable usage could be
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spezial:Allpages where the particularities
of our search are announced. Admins are now able to edit and adapt the
recently created [[MediaWiki:Allpages-summary]] easily.
So please create such a message systematically for every special page,
for which a descriptive use is imaginable - of course, *not* for
Special:Version and a few other ;-)
