As a Wikisource user, I want templates related to text alignment to be compatible and accurately reflected in ebook downloads, so I can read texts (such as poetry) with the proper text alignment and indentation.
Example of issue: https://ta.wikisource.org/wiki/%E0%AE%A4%E0%AE%BF%E0%AE%B0%E0%AF%81%E0%AE%AE%E0%AF%81%E0%AE%B0%E0%AF%81%E0%AE%95%E0%AE%BE%E0%AE%B1%E0%AF%8D%E0%AE%B1%E0%AF%81%E0%AE%AA%E0%AF%8D%E0%AE%AA%E0%AE%9F%E0%AF%88-%E0%AE%AE%E0%AF%82%E0%AE%B2%E0%AE%AE%E0%AF%81%E0%AE%AE%E0%AF%8D_%E0%AE%89%E0%AE%B0%E0%AF%88%E0%AE%AF%E0%AF%81%E0%AE%AE%E0%AF%8D/%E0%AE%AE%E0%AF%82%E0%AE%B2%E0%AE%AE%E0%AF%8D --> download as pdf or mobi to see alignment issues, most likely due to compatibility issues related to floating quotation mark template
Acceptance Criteria:
- Investigate primary potential sources of issues related to alignment issues
- Investigate the primary work that would need to be done in order to improve alignment consistency
- Investigate the main challenges, risks, and possible dependencies associated with implementing such changes
- Provide a general estimate/idea, if possible, of the potential impact such changes would have on text alignment
- In other words, do we have a strong hunch that this work could, indeed, improve text alignment consistency? Why or why not?
- Provide a general estimation/rough sense of the level of difficulty of effort required in doing such work
Visual Examples:
Example #1 (accessing PDF with Pages): Note that there are spaces between lines 11 & 12, which should not occur
Example #2 (accessing PDF with Foxit PDF reader): Note there is incorrect indentation
