Hello. Is it possible to grant rights to use Special:CreateMassMessageList to the users of massmessage-sender group? Right now, it's only limited to sysops so mass message senders are not able to create a new list unless they talk to a sysop. If it's possible, I'll start a community consensus to see what the community thinks about it. Thanks.
