When I in nowp go to 'historikk,'
https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historikk does not exist, so I guess you meant Vis historikk instead.
Please always follow https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug when reporting issues and include full and complete steps.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://no.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Portal:Forside&action=history
- Click "Eksterne verktøy: Statistikk over revisjonshistorikk" which goes to http://tools.wmflabs.org/xtools-articleinfo/index.php?wikilang=no&wikifam=.wikipedia.org&grouped=on&page=Portal%3AForside
Actual results: tools.wmflabs.org/xtools-articleinfo displays The ini file could not be read
Expected results: Show statistics.

I've fixed the xtools-articleinfo redirect, and also updated the links at no:MediaWiki:Histlegend to point to the new URLs.
