I used IABot's interface to look at the Ghassan Muhsen page on enwiki. It auto-edited using the wrong templates for enwiki, and left an edit summary in Hungarian.
The language in the interface is "en - English", and it's targeting "enwiki - English Wikipedia". It should not be using Hungarian.

Judging from the Recent Changes page you linked, the problem seems to have disappeared (or be very infrequent). Do you have any other specific examples?
