Hello, I looked at a few other wikis, and I saw an Automatic tab in the Cite section using Visual Editor; this is very useful for adding citations, but why is it disabled on Central Kurdish Wikipedia? As you can see in the below picture, it is inserted into a red rectangle shape.

It's necessary to configure Citoid on each wiki to enable this feature, so that the editor will use the right templates and template parameters for citations: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Citoid/Enabling_Citoid_on_your_wiki#Step_2:_Configure_Citoid
Hello @matmarex, I've finished the configurations, but why can't we use it completely yet? Now, I can click on the Automatic tab, but after clicking on the Generate button, an error message will be appeared.
@AramBakir: Hi, for future reference please follow https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug and do not assign tasks to random people. Thanks.
@AramBakir Hey, sorry, I forgot to respond earlier!
I just tried and automatically generating a reference worked for me in this edit: https://ckb.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=بەکارھێنەر:Matma_Rex/خۆڵەپەتانێ&diff=716338&oldid=710158&diffmode=source. Have you managed to resolve the problem in the meantime, or is it still broken for some specific website/ISBN/etc. that you tried it with?
Hello @matmarex It's OK! I don't know why Citoid didn't work before, but I think it needed more time to work. Anyway, I tried to convert a bare URL using Citoid here now and it worked for me properly! I think the problem has been resolved and we need to close the task. Thank you very much for helping us!
