Description

Description:
The text: "Notice something different? We've made a few improvements to Wikipedia. Learn more." is currently shown on most of wikipedias pages, I'm not a native speaker, but from what I learned in school you should always use any rather than some in questions, and if this is so it looks _very_ bad to have a grammatical error in that place.

THis is not a grammatical error. 'any' is the word to use in questions, but 'some' is used for suggestions (questions that imply the answer is yes).
