wikimedia.fi has links that force http meaning if your on the https version of the site and click on one of them it sends you to the http site

These be changed to use "//wikimedia.fi" links instead of "http://wikimedia.fi"

Steps to reproduce

1. go to https://wikimedia.fi
2. Click on the 'Blogi' button
3. Notice how you get sent to the http site instead of kept on https
