Suggestion: Add a line of code that allows implementers to make the menu open by default when the input is focused/activated in case an array list is provided using the menuItems prop > https://github.com/wmde/wikit/blob/8692ca04a9b91fe4da8944ae144c4bb6ce0ea594/vue-components/src/components/Lookup.vue#L61
