On IE 11, sometimes when there’s space above the word selected to put the preview pop up, it still goes down and there’s no indication for the user to scroll to see the rest of the text and the link to expand or go to the wikipedia article.
We should either put some kind of indication to scroll or put the pop up where there's space, even if it covers the text (I don't like this idea too much but it's better than nothing)
