The ProofreadPage role sets post_max_size/upload_max_filesize to 50M

The multimedia role sets post_max_size/upload_max_filesize to 100M

What happens if you enable both? Which wins?

It seems reasonable to just set them both to the same value (and refactor?)...

See also T268305: Increase default upload_max_filesize and post_max_size... Where I'm suggesting changing the default for all installs. That might supersede/replace this if we just set it to 100M everywhere?
