Action: Visiting a deleted page (by following a red link, resulting in a URL ending &action=edit&redlink=1) with VisualEditor enabled, with sysop rights, and using the Vector skin. For example, https://foundation.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=PSA_video-subtitled-tl&action=edit&redlink=1

Expected result: Clicking the links in the #contentSub div, namely "6 deleted edits", "view logs for this page" or "view abuse log", at the top of the page should take me to the pages in question (Special:Undelete, Special:Log, Special:AbuseFilterLog).

Actual result: The links are disabled, apparently by a#top. Seems that the element has the class .ve-init-mw-desktopArticleTarget-uneditableContent which disables the pointer and the links.

I'm sorry, I can't work out which subcategory of VisualEditor this should go into.
