Getting a 500 error on index.php after fresh install and config wiki

Description:
I installed mediawiki 1.3.6 on my pc for the first time. It worked at first and
then I ran the config (which worked) and then moved the localsettings.php file
to the main folder and then when I went to the index page it was giving me a 500
error.

I'm runnin a mysql, apache, php install on a winxp.

Version: 1.3.x

There is not enough information here to do anything. Please check your Apache error log, and configure PHP to log errors as well and provide
that information.

There is not enough information here to do anything. Please check your Apache

error log, and configure PHP to log errors as well and provide

that information.

Check your web server's error log.

I am running several Nuke-Portals without having a problem on different Domains

The Wiki config gives me these:

correctly, but this setting increases your exposure to potential security

  • PHP server API is cgi; using ugly URLs (index.php?title=Page_Title)
  • Have XML / Latin1-UTF-8 conversion support.
  • PHP's memory_limit is 8M. If this is too low, installation may fail!

Attempting to raise limit to 20M... ok.

  • Have zlib support; enabling output compression.
  • Turck MMCache not installed, can't use object caching functions
  • Found GD graphics library built-in, image thumbnailing will be enabled if

you enable uploads.

  • Installation directory: /home/g/xdomainx.yyy/public_html/wiki
  • Script URI path: /wiki ---

The installation works well. But after trying to call the
domain.tld/wiki/index.php i get this Error 500 Mesaage.
