Hi, thanks for requesting this! Just one question to potentially clarify for the description: When would I be supposed to create a ticket in Phabricator about the Wikimedia Affiliates Data Portal ? Is this about technical things, or is this also about content? When would I post a 'problem' on https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Wikimedia_Affiliates_Data_Portal and when here?
Thanks for your question @Aklapper, that's a great question.
The board will be about to create technical tasks related to the gadgets powering the portal. Meanwhile, the talk page will be related to queries from community members about usage of the system. I do see an overlap from community members posting technical glitches to the system on the talk page but that will be properly moved and tracked directly on the board because maybe some of them don't have Phabricator accounts.
So in theory, Talk page is suppose to be for community mostly about content and system usage while Phabricator is for technical reports.

Thanks a lot! (I asked as I'd like to avoid conversation venue fragmentation, and I also wanted to be absolutely sure that the Phab project and its workboard would be used as a primary place to manage/plan work and not e.g. as a feedback place while planning might take place somewhere else. :) )
