Description

Hi. I have a big usability issue with the wikidata desktop UI.
I find it really annoying that I cannot press publish whenever I want.

Expected
Be able to press publish
Reality
Sometimes cannot, it's dynamically greyed out and I have to start guessing whats wrong. Sometimes I just give up and wikidata looses out on my input.

We can't let users save arbitrary input. It has to go through validation. And if we only tell users their input is invalid after they clicked publish that'd be even more annoying.
