Steps to reproduce:

1. Use Safari or Chrome (not Firefox)
2. Click on https://nia.wiktionary.org/w/index.php?title=dulunasi&veaction=edit (page selected via Special:Random)
3. See that the editing environment starts to open, and then dumps you back into Read mode.

I was hoping to reproduce the problem reported in https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:Vxqtfl7triknw6l1 when I discovered that I couldn't edit at all.
