This bad piece of data (sex or gender: t2197951128) appears in my dashboard and listeria lists. It looks like a Phabricator ID. I do not know how to remove it from the Wikibase.

Hi @Nashona, thanks for taking the time to report this and welcome to Wikimedia Phabricator! It does not become a Phab task ID just because it starts with a t. :)
It seems that User:InteGraalityBot adds the data, so maybe this is a bug in InteGraalityBot? Looking at the source, there is t2202629563 only.

That seems to be the same as T273226: integraality does not handle "Unknown value" groupings well. T273226 results in a crash because grouping_link is set. When it is not set, what is described here happens.
