Follow up to code review on https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/wikimedia/toolhub/+/666524
Rather than a side bar, in a small viewport (breakpoint.smAndDown) we should show facets as a row of activator buttons which overlay a facet selection list when activated. The buttons should also provide an indication of the number of selected drill-down terms when they are closed.
