This Task is about the creation of a WMI-LimeSurvey for this initiative:
This survey was already created by @GioRan a couple of days ago, migrating from Google Form, but unfortunately her work was taken hostage by the fire (T277008).
We recovered the platform (T277144) and we re-imported the questions from scratch so this can be maybe re-adopted again.
