Hmm it turns out the Apache branch on the agent hasn't been updated this year:

I've just changed the agent since I think it can fix T301957.

The agent is switched. The problem is that the WebPageTest API do not have any version handling. The license is MIT but all the code released is tested agains the master branch, meaning there's functionality there that do not exists in the Apache branch that we run of WebPageTest.
