Description

I'm not really sure why it has been archived in rPWBCe545ad5b70172cdd92c423c186d581c4446293eb.

I'm using this script when I need to patrol changes on Serbian Wikipedia when it is impossible to do on the wiki.

I'm sure that I'm not the only one who uses it, so I would like to patrol.py get restored.
