[session length] Change domain of event collection to avoid ad-blocker issue

Description

Currently, events sent to EventGate go through a domain that is exclude-listed in some add-blockers.
Thus, we might be not collecting events for all the expected devices.

I think it's fine to leave at Product-Infrastructure-Team-Backlog-Deprecated so it's not orphaned.

Part of the PI team will merge with Parsoid though, so this will need to be revisited soonish.
