get Admin-rights on Commons
switch language to "de - Deutsch" in https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences
open https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:SVG_benchmarks&action=edit&redlink=1
click on "Namensraum"

What happens?:
You end up in https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/CWikipedia:Namensraum (page not existing)

What should have happened instead?:
-https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Namespaces/de or https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hilfe:Namensr%C3%A4ume

I don't know if it is downstream (Commons-Error) or a MediaWiki-error .
