https://journals.ametsoc.org/view/journals/phoc/25/5/1520-0485_1995_025_0855_ieodc_2_0_co_2.xml generates:
doi:10.1175/1520-0485(1995)0252.0.CO;2
instead of the correct
doi:10.1175/1520-0485(1995)025<0855:IEODC>2.0.CO;2
I have seen a bunch of these showing up recently in the broken doi category. I have been fixing them by hand. Lots of DOIs missing "<stuff>" in the middle
