E.g. the huwiki page right now says:

The average review delay for pages with edits currently pending review is 80 d 12 h; the delay measures how long the oldest pending edit has gone unreviewed.
The average wait for edits by users that have not logged in to be reviewed is 25 h 48 min; the median is 3 h 35 min.

"average review delay for pages with edits currently pending review" and "average wait for edits by users that have not logged in to be reviewed" are seemingly the same thing but the numbers are vastly different. Needs clearer phrasing / explanation or one of these is misleading and should be removed.

(Note that the data is also completely wrong. That's tracked in T163107: Flagged revs Special:ValidationStatistics update doesn't work.)
