I tried today again and got the following error.

PHP fatal error:
Allowed memory size of 698351616 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 925696 bytes)

Request immediate resolution as lot of work is pending because of this.

I tried again today and got the following error

while import from enwiki to tewiki always succeeds, I can't understand why there is a problem for tewiki to tewikibooks. It has been more than 5 weeks waiting for a response. Can the responsible team atleast tell us the time frame to fix this bug?

Does importing another page, or not including the full history succeed?

Yes, Afterwards I was able to import with full history about 40 pages. Again I am facing the 503 error.

This error message probably means that you are trying to import too much content at once - exporting full history with templates (off-topic, something I generally recommend against doing since it will clobber the history of common templates like {{documentation}} ) can easily be very large.
