Implementation
This would probably be just above or below the "given" sections already in XTools.

Motivation
As an editor, I want to be able to quickly see how many times a user has been thanked to judge competence, contributions, etc

Thanks for the thanks! :) And thanks to EpicPupper for the suggestion. This has now been deployed. It is shown towards the bottom under "Basic information" in the General statistics section. I.e. https://xtools.wmflabs.org/ec-generalstats/metawiki/1234qwer1234qwer4
