Install OpenDyslexic font for SVG thumbnail rendering

Description

Many Wikipedia-readers have dyslexia, however most common fonts are not dysexic-friendly.

Installing OpenDyslexic-font for wikimedia-svg-rendering is not only helpful for dyslexics, it is imho also a symbolic act for including handicapped persons and providing equal access to open knowledge for everybody.
