Move to 'squoosh' from 'grunt-contrib-imagemin'

Description

'grunt-contrib-imagemin' seems abandonware. It's causing security warning (dependabot alerts) due to 'trim-newlines' high severity dependency.
We should move to npm only 'imagemin'. 'squoosh' according to this recommendation by the maintainer of soon to be unmaintained imagemin.
