Your username is probably Yining Chen (shell username yiningchen), at least that's what I found after a quick search, and it matches your SUL login.

That account was created through Striker (aka Toolsadmin), and was not available at Wikitech because of T174469. I've attached it there, so it's possible to self-service the password reset part (provided you still have access to the email address assigned to the account).
