User story: As a Wikipedia Library user when I filter My Library for a tag, I want to also see multidisciplinary collections alongside collections which only have the selected tag, because they also contain content with this tag.

We implemented this feature on the homepage but didn't yet do so for My Library. For now we'll keep the resulting collections alphabetical - listing collections which have the filtered tag first might be confusing without some further design element separating the two.

Acceptance criteria

• In My Library, on both the My and Available Collections tabs, when filtering for a tag, multidisciplinary collections should also be shown.
