add stop status to quarry

Description

currently when a quarry job is stopped it is listed as failed. Of the existing statuses:

'queued',
'failed',
'running',
'killed',
'complete',
'superseded'

failed or perhaps killed are the potential best. At any rate, "stopped" can be added.
