The deadlink template {{Toter Link}} requires that the URL is added to the template using the url= parameter.

For a long time, IABot was configured to do that and it worked well, but with the recent update, this configuration seems to have been lost again, see e.g. this edit.

This leads to a lot of entries in the maintenance category and complaints from the community.
