User Story

As a platform engineer, I want to store algorithm and performance metrics so that they can be used in visualizations

As a dataset producer, I want an easy way to visualize the metrics that are being recorded from the data pipeline so I can see how effective the algo is and how performant

Success Criteria

Defined storage solution for logs
Defined best visualization tool for display of metrics
