Rename my account on phabricator from Taher2000 to Dr-Taher

Description

Hello, Although I login with my username " Dr-Taher ", I see my account reads " Dr-Taher (Taher2000) ", which contains my current username and the previous username also. Is it normal to keep the previous username like this?

Can I get renamed from Taher2000 to Dr-Taher on pahb.? to unify with my username in other wikimedia projects.
