• The graph loads, but does not horizontally fit.
• Scroll to the right in the graph, the loading spinner suddenly becomes visible.

What happens?:
Graph spinner on mobile web becomes visible when graph overflows and user scrolls

What should have happened instead?:
The loading spinner should remain hidden, the graph has already loaded.
