ORES deployment repos not mirroring regular git changes anymore

Description

The ORES model repos have had broken LFS mirroring for a while. But now it appears as though the regular code changes are also not coming through either. See T223782#7637184 for recent deployment work that ran into this issue.

In the meantime, the work-around is to replace git lfs push gerrit master with git push gerrit master in those instructions.
