Dear SRE team,
Please build and deploy the version 4.3.1 of scap using the instructions in https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Scap/Release

This is a bugfix for 4.3.0 that affects train operations so I would appreciate a rapid deployment to deployment.eqiad.wmnet.

scap was updated to 4.3.1 on canary machines (A:mw-canary or A:parsoid-canary or A:mw-jobrunner-canary or A:restbase-canary) and test were ok.
