Using Minerva skin (the default mobile skin)
Open Special:ContributionScores

What happens?:
The tables are not displayed properly.

Software version (if not a Wikimedia wiki), browser information, screenshots, other information, etc.:
Contribution Scores 1.26.0

Origin:
The extension uses the header CSS class on the first table row. This CSS class is also used in the site head of the Minerva skin. This extension should be using a different name so as to avoid any conflict.
